What we do
- Attend exchanges at an agreed public location and time
- Keep the exchange on schedule and on the terms the parties provide, such as a court order
- Transport children between households or to school, with pickup and arrival times documented
- Provide a written report of each exchange
What we do not do
We are neutral. We do not take sides, give legal advice, or decide disputes between parents.
If a situation becomes unsafe, our officer will end the exchange and contact law enforcement.
If your court order calls for a professional supervised visitation provider, tell us when you call so we can confirm whether our service fits your order.
Pricing
Monitored exchanges from $95, including a written report. Child transport from $85 per hour. One-time case setup $75.
- Case setup (one time): $75, covers reviewing the court order, gathering both parties’ details and scheduling
- Monitored custody exchange: $95 per exchange, up to one hour on site plus a written report
- Additional time: $65 per hour
- Evenings, weekends and holidays: add $25
- Child transport: $85 per hour, two hour minimum, plus $0.75 per mile beyond 20 miles round trip
- Armed officer for higher risk exchanges: on request, add $20 per hour
